At Baby Jalebi, we want you and your little one to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer a seamless return and exchange process within 7 days of delivery for all unused items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Visit our Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Inspection

  Ensure the product is unused, unwashed, and has all original tags attached before securely packing it back into its original Baby Jalebi box.

• 3.
  Reverse Pickup

  Once your request is approved, we will arrange a complimentary courier pickup from your doorstep within 48 hours.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After our warehouse team verifies the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
